Athletes Breast Augmentation Revision

This incredible 35 year old mother of two presented requesting our internal bra/biologic mesh technique. As a Registered Nurse working in a busy surgical center in Central Florida, she had seen this technique before, but wanted to maximize her outcome by finding someone with significant experience in this technique.

She had previously undergone submuscular breast augmentation in the Miami area, but was having functional issues during training due to the implant pocket position leading into the armpit. Also, she felt like her implants did not adequately complement her remarkable physique.

Upon meeting Kat, it was very obvious that she was one of the most informed breast implant consumers we had met in a long time. She had a very specific request, and we were the absolute right people to provide it. As Dr. Durkin is the highest volume utilizer of cosmetic Belladerm and MesoBiomatrix in the United States for breast augmentation revision, Kat was a perfect fit for our practice. She had found us by doing a literature search on our proprietary technique, and wanted to see if our technique would fulfill her aesthetic requirements.

Upon exam, she was noted to have slightly bottomed out breast implants bilaterally, with far too large of a lateral capsule. We undertook a complete, total capsulectomy on both sides, and then placed a full internal bra on each side with Belladerm Biologic Mesh. The entire procedure was done via a 2 inch incision beneath the breast. Recovery was three days, and Kat was back to training at 8 weeks. Again we utilized an ultracohesive, ultrahigh profile implant measured at 590cc each side. Her results speak for themselves. She was so happy with our service, she allowed us to video her experience, shown below.
