Ocean Drive Plastic Surgery

A lifelong New Yorker, this beautiful 59 year old came to our facility for facial rejuvenation. As a self-entitled “Queen of Expression”, she was very interested in improving her periorbital (eyelid) aesthetics, as well as her cheeks and neck line.

We initially met and decided upon upper and lower eyelid surgery, as well as an Ocean Drive Limited Incision Facelift with fat grafting. She also wanted her nasal shape restructured. As such, we undertook at the same time an open approach rhinoplasty (nose job) for maximal effect.

Recovery from the entire procedure was less than 14 days. Results are shown here at 6 months following intervention. Note that our intervention again accentuated her naturally strong gaze, and sharpened her overall aesthetic without making it forced, or artificial. The fat grafts were strategically placed in the midface cheek area, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and temples to soften the signs of aging-induced volume loss. Her skin quality was simply outstanding prior to surgery, and we only used maintenance skin care products to maintain her collagen post-procedure. This case easily illustrates the importance of skin maintenance. This patient being in the field of aesthetics had spent decades preserving her skin, and that effort paid off in her result. No laser resurfacing or chemical peels were needed to revitalize her skin quality.
