Spa Etiquette Tour Philosophy

To protect the privacy of our guests while using the spa, we provide tours through our Spa Experience Coordinator during scheduled times.

Appointments

Please plan for advanced reservations so our Spa Experience Coordinator may ensure that your preferred treatment time and service choice are available. Prior to your service, you may be required to fill out pre-treatment paperwork to ensure your highest level of comfort and service. In order to enjoy our amenities and make the most of your Spa Experience, please plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Health Concerns and Comfort Level

Please notify our Spa Experience Coordinator if you are pregnant, have any allergies, high blood pressure, physical ailments or disabilities. This will prepare our staff in advance so we may provide the best possible spa treatments and therapies for you.

What to Bring

For your convenience and comfort, we provide all body treatments with a luxurious robe, Havainniah flip flops, towels and a private locker for your belongings. Simply change and saunter over and enjoy our Relaxation Lounge with complimentary healthy snack bar and Spa water. Please leave all valuables safely at home. If you decide to use your robe pockets for any personal belongings, please remember to empty them when you get dressed post-pampering.

Tranquil Environment

Please respect our tranquil Relaxation Lounge by silencing all electronics devices and enjoy our complimentary WIFI silently. Please be advised that cellular phone use is not permitted at the Spa.

Cancellation Policy

A credit card will be required to reserve your Med Spa appointment. Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may be billed for the reserved services for failure to show for your appointment.

Enhance your Spa Experience

We recommend you drink plenty of water and refrain from vigorous activity for at least one hour after your spa experience. The Med Spa at Ocean Drive Plastic Surgery does not require any dress code. It is recommended during a body treatment or massage that you enjoy without clothing. While most spa-goers enjoy their treatments in their Birthday suits, you may wait until you get cozy in your treatment room if you feel more comfortable. Strategic draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy and comfort with sheets or towels at all times. Please refrain from shaving or waxing prior to any body treatment.

Upgrade your Spa Experience

If you decide you would like something extra added to your service, please inform our Spa Experience Coordinator at time of booking so we may allow for additional time. If you decide during your treatment, our Spa Technicians will absolutely accommodate you if time allows.
